Men's Health Information Fighting For Innocence: Litigation Initiatives a public service message, courtesy of the WebMagician |
Most important of all in this issue, the defenseless, innocent babies, who have their lives destroyed by the butchery of circumcision, are helpless to stop it from being done to them. They need your help. HOW CAN YOU HELP ? There are a number of things that you can do to help end circumcision, from simply spreading the truth, to pursuing legal action. It's all about money - it's what's driving everything. So the most effective method you can use to help put a stop to the assaults and end this butchery is to hit them where it counts. Please, think about pursuing a lawsuit. Make it astronomically expensive for doctors and governments in terms of litigation. If only one percent of the circumcised men in North America filed a lawsuit, that would result in millions of lawsuits. The concept of informed parental permission allows for medical interventions in situations of clear and immediate medical necessity only, such as disease, trauma, or severe deformity. The human penis in its normal, uncircumcised state satisfies none of these requirements. Full disclosure as to the grievous bodily harm which results from the surgical amputation of the foreskin, and the subsequently devastating impact that will have on the child's sexual experience, was not provided by the doctor. Full disclosure was not provided as to the true nature of the foreskin, that it is the most exquisite sensory organ on a man's body, and that the amputation of that organ will result in crippling physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wounds that will never heal. Full disclosure of all the extraordinarily severe implications of the surgical amputation of virtually all of the erogenous tissue from the penis, the amputation of close to 80% of the skin covering the penis, the loss of over 3 feet of veins, arteries, and capillaries, the amputation of 240 feet of nerves, and more than 20,000 nerve endings, and the permanent externalization of the glans, which is normally an internal organ, was not provided by the doctor. Full disclosure as to the indescribable pain that is inflicted on the helpless baby, and the wounding, maiming, and massive disfiguration of the penis that occurs through the course of this operation was not provided by the doctor, and constitutes child abuse of the highest order. Under the Criminal Code these 'errors of omission' constitute fraud, thereby nullifying any purported 'consent'. Whether it happened 5 or 50 years ago - assault is assault - you did not give your consent to anyone to permit them to violate your body in such a heinous manner. There are criminal statutes specifically dealing with assault that are applicable for prosecuting the doctor and the Federal Government. Many years ago Canada and the United States signed into law Criminal Code statutes prohibiting the sale of human organs. The foreskin is a sensory perception organ of extraordinary complexity, and the doctors, hospitals, biotech companies, and the Government are all in violation of those laws as they are profiting from the sale of those organs and all commercial products derived from them. Canada and the United States have both signed the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights - nearly 50 years ago - under which circumcision is a violation of the rights of the child. Canada and the United States also have signed the United Nations' Charter on the Rights of the Child, a separate charter which specifically addresses genital mutilation. Canada and the United States are both in violation of that charter through the continued sanction of the genital mutilation of millions of baby boys each and every year in North America. And finally, there are several sections under (a) the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, or (b) the Constitution of the United States, which are also violated by the doctors and the Government. |
Assault laws in North America are generally very similar from one locality to another. However, each jurisdiction has its own set of statutes dealing with the specific criminal offence of assault. The following lists the assault statutes, by jurisdiction (ie: state/province/country), for pursuing litigation against a circumcisor (ie: doctor) and/or applicable provincial/state government body/agency. Please note: The information provided on this website with respect to the criminal/penal code statutes of the various jurisdictions, is as current as I have been able to research, and is provided for general information only. You are advised to please consult an attorney for precise legislative statute definitions in your own location. CANADA
