Jealousy

My mother:-) Why do you find it hard to be honest and forward with me? Is it because I now know who I am and I am comfortable with myself? You prefer to hide yourself in the past and be relentlessly unforgiving to everyone around you. I find comfort in the fact that I know the truth. Life is meant to be a learning experience, learn from mistakes and move on. YOU create your legacy, you prefer to dwell on the past! You're supposed to be my Elder and yet why do I feel like I'M the teacher and you are the student? Is this why you are jealous of me?
